Your use of the SolAceApp HRIS constitutes your agreement to be bound by our terms. Please read carefully before using the Service.

These terms of use, or in this case the "Terms" govern your access and use of SolAceApp HRIS both android and ios and services from PT. Solusi Asia Informatika (hereinafter referred to as "SolAce" or "us") offered through our application or hereinafter referred to as "Services".

If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, company, and / or organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity, company and / or organization and promise that you have the authority to bind that entity, company and / or organization to the Terms this. In these Terms, “you” refers to the entity, company and / or organization that you represent.

You agree to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You can use the Service only if you have the authority to enter into a contract with SolAce and are not prohibited by any applicable law from doing so. Services may change from time to time. Such changes, as well as any suspension and modification regarding the Service, can be made at any time without prior notification to you. We may also remove any content from our Services at our discretion.

Your Files and Privacy
By using our Services, you can provide information to us, and the files that you submit through the Service collectively are hereinafter referred to as "Your Files". You retain full ownership of your Files. These terms do not give us any rights to your files or your intellectual property except for the limited rights needed to run the Services, as described below.

Share Your Files
The service provides features that allow you to upload your files to store and share them with certain individuals in your organization. SolAce does not have any responsibility for these activities.

Your obligations
Other parties may own intellectual property rights over files and other content in the Service. You are prohibited from copying, uploading, downloading, and / or sharing files, unless you have the right to do so. You, not SolAce, will be responsible for what you copy, share, upload, download, use and / or other actions you take while using the Service. You may not upload surveillance devices or other hasad software on the Service.

Account Security
The Service provides features that allow you to upload your File for storage and sharing with certain individuals in your organization. SolAce has no liability whatsoever for these actions.
